Although we were two people, the room was prepared for only one person, with just one towel, one pair of slippers, and an almost finished roll of toilet paper. Even though we informed the reception multiple times, the missing items were not properly replaced. The breakfast was also very poor; when we went down at 9:20 PM, there was almost nothing left, and unfortunately, we couldn’t have breakfast for two days. Additionally, the air conditioning unit—both inside and outside—was extremely noisy, which seriously affected our sleep quality. On the positive side, the location of the hotel is good.

إستقبال محترم والموقع ممتاز والطاقم ودود جداً إنما عتبي على موقع هوتيلز وذلك لأنه لم يبين أن عند إستخدام كود الخصم يحرمني من الليالي المجانية عشرون ريال خصم مقابل 450 ريال ويتم حرماني من تجميع الليالي !!!!!!!؟؟؟ يفترض أن يكون شيء واضح للعملاء الدائمين وليس بعد الحجز والدفع يتم إشعاري بأنني لا استحق بسبب كود الخصم
