Breakfast included is a scam at this location.

What should have been a great review was Spoilt by arrogant owner refusing to provide breakfast and insisting that Hotel.com did not pay or include breakfast in the booking.

Breakfast not honoured

Lovely little hidden gem in Jeffrey’s bay. Hosts were friendly and room was neat. I did however book with breakfast and the host chose to only honour it on the first day and thereafter said that there was a mistake with my booking even though I clearly showed her the confirmation that included breakfast.

Fomos muito bem recebidos, inclusive realizamos um check in muito simples, rápido e foi permitido realizar cedo, logo assim que chegamos, o que permitiu melhor explorar a cidade, já que ficaríamos apenas uma noite. Propriedade para pessoas exigentes, limpeza impecável, produtos de qualidade disponíveis (sabão, toalha, roupa de cama). Linda decoração dos quartos. Único ponto de observação é não ter ar-condicionado, no nosso caso não teve problema pois não estava calor, mas no verão, pode ser um bom ponto de observação.

Sehr schönes und kleines Gästehaus. Parkplätze und Wlan vorhanden. Achtung beim Buchen über Expedia kann es zu Problemen mit dem inbegriffenem Frühstück kommen. Expedia hat uns die Rechnung des Frühstücks im Nachhinein erstattet.
