Minimum one month stay and a $150 lease application completed 30 days prior to rental is a Sand Dollar Shores requirement. Pricing will be reduced with longer than a 2 month booking. Currently the condo is available from May - October.
This 7th floor beauty benefits from ocean sunrises in your “backyard” and breathtaking sunsets over the Indian River from your front door. There are two bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed; both with Smart TV’s and 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom was recently remodeled with a large shower and has a spa like feel with upgraded fixtures. Relax in comfort on the balcony with 2 slider chairs,a high top table and 2 high top chairs perfect for having meals “above the beach”, turtle watching and reading. A well appointed kitchen awaits you with plenty of cookware just for you or to entertain. Comfortable dining and living room area; all with full views of the ocean.
