Our home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, and is located within the rural setting between Jamberoo and Kiama. There is a fabulous view to enjoy from the house, swimming pool, fire pit as well as a tennis court with cricket net. The house is less than 3 years old and includes the following features:
- Large living, dining, and kitchen space with raked ceilings, Cheminee Philippe fire box, butler’s pantry, gas stove, and long island bench.
- Two additional living areas, both north-facing, with breathtaking views.

The Area
Less than 5 minutes away is the seaside town of Kiama, recently judged the best small town in Australia, with a stunning harbour, plentiful beautiful beaches, and thriving cafes and restaurants. The historic village of Jamberoo is also less than a 5-minute drive, Wollongong is just 30 minutes, Bowral is less than an hour, and the Sydney CBD a shade over 90 minutes.
Kiama is a wonderful community at the top of the NSW South Coast, surrounded by coastal towns such as Gerringong and Berry in the south, and the amenities of larger centres such as Shellharbour and Wollongong to the north. The climate ranges from an average high of 17.5 degrees in July to 25 degrees in January.
