The beds were super comfy. All staff were sweet and great. Not sure whose end this is on, but I booked via Expedia and it never mentioned or included the incidental fee. Only things I could complain about was the toilet in our room kept running, like loud water sounds. Only became annoying during bed time. Also the menu didn’t have too many options. No pizza and no other type of dinner meals. Loved that there was a Starbucks inside though!

While the hotel was very busy due to a concert. When I called to try and get an early check in it would be a 75 dollar fee. Waited a few hours and tried to check in about 340 and even with 20 minutes to spare they weren't able to accommodate. I totally understand the fee for the early check in and slightly understand the no check in until designated time, it was the annoyance of the staff making me feel as though I was bothering them. Came back at 4 and the line was to the elevator, all of this could have been alleviated to some extent. I couldn't shower because the bathroom was filthy. There was hair all in the tub by the drain. Lastly the ice machine area has a horrific stench, probably due to the lack of cleaning it regularly. I would be very concerned if customers wanted I've in their drink.

Anytime we go to a show at the MetLife Stadium. We always stay at this property because of its convenient location, shuttle service, and overall location is perfection.

I stayed just one night. While the room was organized, the overall atmosphere wasn’t pleasant. I found multiple stains on the floor and even on the blanket, which made me question whether the sheets are actually changed between guests. I don’t mind whether the furniture is old or new—what matters most to me is cleanliness. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t want to return to this hotel. However, I do want to mention that the front desk staff were kind and courteous.
