The location is not accessible for walking. Mall of America is close but across a busy highway. If staying without a car you need to uber/cab everywhere.

My plans changed and i tried to edit my booking through the app. I just had to leave a day early and knew months in advance. The app said they would make a note and to bring it up to the staff on arrival since i hadnt paid yet. The front desk was not helpful and said they couldnt do anything and still charged me for the extra day. Beware, wouldnt stay here again.

Man, was super excited for our stay. But upon arrival, our room had no fridge to store our stuff. We traveled 14 hrs to be there. There was no microwave. When we booked the room breakfast was included, not true. They dont offer at all. The ice machines are on certian floors they didnt work half the time. Then the bed. The bed was broken. Literally after a long day of travel and dinner. We went to bed to find it Literally broken, sunk in at the middle of the bed. Had to sleep at the foot of the bed as it was after midnight and no one would do anything. We paid for the view. That was all. Very disappointing and would not recommend nor return.
