We stayed here since we were attending an event at Met Life stadium. Great hotel location and took us all of 15 minutes driving from MetLife back to hotel after. Water pressure and shower was awful and 2 of the shampoo/ conditioner bottles were broken off but overall great location to event and NYC.

Perfect ending for a terrible day

We had a delayed flight to New Jersey for the Premier League summer series, COYI! I called to see about checking in late as the night we were supposed to arrive was no longer a option. They assured it is possible but a fee would be added for early check in. Once I arrived and checked in, Gustavo at the front desk helped us to check in. Easy and fast check in to get to our rooms and rest!

We had a great day. It was a very easy check-in. The facility was clean very close to American dream mall as well as MetLife Stadium only took us 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. The Starbucks was out of this world and the gift shop had jelly cats so we consider that a great trip everyone was very nice

Hotel is very nice, our floor and a few other did not have a working ice machine had to go 4 floors up to get ice. Drinks at the bar were very skimpy order a double Dewars and got a glass with not even a full single. Menu very limited as well

I would never recommend this hotel if you care about cleanliness or customer service. I found a dead cockroach in our room, blood stains on our sheets and blood stains on our lounge chair in the room. Side note, the tv in the room is at least 25 years old. I've attached photos of examples of each. We paid $350 for our one night stay. I spoke with the front desk, they told me to speak with the 3rd party site (Expedia) we used to book our stay. The woman at the front desk while apathetic, did her part and put a note on our account. The hotel is sticking to their "no refunds" policy. I have a policy of not staying in fleabag hotels, so no, we wont be staying here again.

The property is worn out, limited hours for the Restaurant and a very small menu. We could hear the guy next door talking like he was in our room until almost 3am. It’s not what I remembered when it was the Hilton.
