We enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Next to the hotel was the Red Robin Restaurant, which was very convenient for us. The food was very good.

Bathroom has been renovated since my last stay. It was much needed and greatly appreciated. Parking spaces seemed tighter than what I remembered. The trees in the back are better maintained. I was here when all those trees fell and hit those cars. I biggest irk is the lack of soundproofing. I don't recall that being an issue the last time, but I was staying in a different wing so that could be why.

The cleaning crew is really outstanding. They housekeeping unit deserves a raise. I saw the same workers cleaning different spotasat various times of the day during my stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites of Clinton/Rutherford. The employees are friendly, courteous and professionals. Truly a real attention to details and cleanliness. On our first night the sink was clogged. I said "Oh no" to myself but didn't even complained to the reception. The next morning we left early and when we came back late afternoon the sink was cleaned, the whole bathroom was cleaned and replenished. The property itself specially around the elevator area and the breakfast room would greatly benefit from an upgrade; some TLC BUT it's CLEAN! The entire property and most importantly the rooms inside (baths, beds, floors, windows, the good smells) all are in pristine status and organized to perfection for this property of La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham of Clinton/Rutherford. August 20-23, 2025. Suggestion: get more luggage carts🙂

Good for sleeping. Not much more then that. Room clean and location very convenient for NewYorkCity. Über was $60someting and no way can you park in the city all day for $120 incl tolls. Beside that hotel is pretty old and it shows. But for $110/night its a great deal. Free parking and a better then basic breakfast. Waffles sausage eggs cereal bread. Id stay here again if in the area.
