Did not exceed my expectations

The hotel is old, but they have tried to spruce it up. The bathrooms are dated and this place lacks in room cleanliness. If you're plannig on visiting the city, the value here is that its a short public bus ride thru the Lincoln Tunnel over to Times Square. The bus stop is in front of the hotel and its route 320. If you can deal with less than perfect room conditions, you'll be fine. When rates are low, it might be a good value. But often, the nightly charges doesn't match the quality of the stay. Thats why we are not staying here when we visit the area again in May. Rates too high for the condition of property. And, we expect more from a Wyndham property.

This place is run down, needs complete renovation, secure door locks, and secure parking. Rooms are filthy with mildew in bathroom and breakfast that is not edible. A couple of cars in parking garage had flat tires in the morning, mine being one of them. Desk clerk said they had cameras but had to check with another employee who was coming in next day. That was a lie, no cameras confirmed and they claim to have a security guard which we never saw at all.

It is a totally run down hotel. Dirty walls, disgusting moldy bathrooms where we dis not feel like taking a shower. Weed everywhere! Broken down door next door to us. People are housed here...swimming pool is disgusting and ghetto. They rent them out to groups. Close to NYC but that is the only good thing about this hotel. Staff was nice and they changed our room twice

Very rundown property most of the rooms had issues with the bathroom either leaking toilet, broken faucet, shower . This hotel needs a revamp big time. Breakfast was the same for the 4 days straight and not much variety.

Practical

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Few parking spaces in front of hotel, but plenty available in 2 lots right next door. Hotel in much need of updating, but clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok (eggs, sausages, breakfast burritos, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal). The 320 bus to NYC right accross the street (make sure to buy 3-zone tickets on the New Jersey Transit app). We had a suite, 2 beds and a sofa bed in the separate living room area, everything was clean. City-view room was nice, but the neerby highway was noisy so bring earplugs if light-sleeper. We were there only to sleep as we left after breakfast and got back for bedtime, so it was all we needed. We would stay here again if needed.

This hotel is run down. We were 5 families, and 2 of the 5 had to ask for room changes due to broken faucets and toilets. The carpet in the rooms need to be super DEEP cleaned, we wore our sandals the whole time. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. Not many options though. There is a bus that brings you straight into NYC, a few blocks away from times square for $6.50 round trip per adult and $2.65 per child. Overall, i wouldnt stay here again, but it wasn't absolutely horrible. I do find it overpriced for the quality.

This is our 2nd stay here. Our 1st stay was wonderful. I dont know what happened. This stay the breakfast was very limited. We were there for 3 nights and had NO housekeeping. The Hotel smelled of weed from the parking lot the hallways to inside of our room on the 7th floor. To the point of being nauseous especially at night. IT WAS BAD! I was afraid to complain. The frint desk staff were very nice.

Room i booked wasnt available to me. No compensation for the inconvenience. Sofa bed was unbelievably poor and more time was spent trying to get comfortable then to sleep. It was either too hot or too col with no happy medium. Breakfast was okay for what it was. OJ was orange in color only though. Eggs had to be smothered jn ketchup. Coffee was good, sausage was good. And they had some yogurt. Front desk staff was nice, gave me extra sheets flr the sofa, but no pillows available.

Unless your in a bind don't stay here

Everything was dirty, mold in shower and on ceiling looked like stuff was spilled on door and lamp and wall. Most lounge furniture was broken. Whole hotel smelled like weed and smoke. Yet it says no smoking on property so you know the kind of people staying here. I would never stay here again. We bought our own sheets because of how it was here. Terribly disappointed.

This place was convenient for me as we wanted to spend some time in America dream mall. It was close to drive. Stuff is nice and helpful. Room was big, clean but outdated as I knew before. What I did not like, that I book it especially for pool, that my kids can enjoy it, but pool was rented from 3 pm till 7 pm every day to some school and even after it some times it was classes. But nobody told us or it was not on site. Breakfast on small side, not too much options. For this prospective I am giving only 3 stars to this place.
