The staff was awesome! Breakfast should be from 6:30 am all the individual left to See the parade by 6 and not even coffee was made. The room was clean I just think the couch in our room was out dated and dirty! The furniture in the lobby was so dirty people who were waiting were all talking about how nasty it was. Corporate needs to visit.

Good for your money. Kinda looked liked Disneys Haunted Mansion lol…breakfast was meh. I felt so bad for the front desk girl. She was there around the clock no breaks. Our last night there was a party in one of the rooms next to us and a fight broke out. If you don’t get parking out front you have to park in a creepy lot outback. Nice pool. Shopping and eating very close by. 20 mins from NYC. Could definitely use a facelift but good for the price and location.
