Beware: This hotel rating was excellent and it was far from it. The staff was only polite when nothing was brought to their attention. Once there were issues with the hotel they were rude. There was a heatwave and their AC was not functioning properly through the night. The hotel is incredibly dated with the exception of the bathrooms. Please don’t buy the “good breakfast” nonsense from the reviews. It’s atrocious! We thought because it was an Italian restaurant there serving they would make it decent and dar better than grab and go at Holiday Inn. I was wrong! Same setup and worse. Scrambled eggs has broke shells in it, sausage was the prepackaged like the microwaveable kind and inundated in grease the pancakes also the frozen package kind. The juice was the cheapest concentrated kind you could find. You are better off at a chain affordable restaurant dont waste your money!

Great location!

Good hotel with perfect location to MetLife Stadium, American Dream Mall, Waterpark and so much more. Also, close enough the NYC. Staff was pleasant and always helpful. Restaurant staff was friendly and attentive food was okay- just don’t order the calamari. Would recommend and will come back.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The hotel room itself was extremely clean and I appreciated that the bathroom looked like it was a recent remodel. Nice comfortable bed, good size mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was pretty solid and it was nice to check out on a full stomach. Honestly if I had to nitpick, the water pressure in the shower and faucet could be a bit stronger, and the lobby could use a refurb update. I didn't really spend much time in the lobby so that doesn't really matter to me. Guests have a tendency to let the door slam when leaving their room, but that's not the hotel's fault. All in all, this hotel was a wonderful choice for me and I got such a good rate too. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks MPH!

Excellent stay, only complaint is that the shower had no hot water in the morning. Not sure what happened. I didn’t file a complaint or make them aware it was an issue. Other than that everything else was great!

Terrible property. Check in was smooth and fine. Boomed 2 rooms. Both rooms AC not working on a hot day. Come morning no hot water. When complained very casual. Checked with other Tourists and all had the same issue. This was at 700am in the morning. Finally got water came after 900am after maintenance came. Property is so old Inc e can see for themselves. Not worth the rate was charged. I should get a refund and am now thinking of disputing due to deficiency in basic services.

It fully attended my needs. Free shuttle to American Dream really helps. Breakfast is not the best specially to my celiac daughter and limited offer. Cand be improved. Room was very big, clean and newly refurnbished. Would stay again definitely.
