Hot tub was horrible paint was chipping off all the hot tubs in the room . Blankets were filthy.. the manger showed me 5 different rooms and they all were nasty carpet was filthy and moist . Smells like cigarettes .. I’m still waiting for my refund !!

There was a 150 dollar deposit made and it’s been a week and still haven’t gotten it. They kicked us out of our room not knowing what time did we have to leave for our last date. There were customers saying they kept seeing rats. The employees were extremely rude and not customer service friendly.

From the ceiling, water fell into the bathroom area. The bathroom was always the toilet and the floor very wet with dirty water. Every time they used the upstairs bathroom, water fell for our bathroom
