We stayed at this property since it was close to Medieval Times. The staff and servers are so professional and friendly especially Denally and Gloria. They made breakfast and late night snacks very enjoyable. They made us feel at home and gave us suggestions about activities in the area. We will be back!

A dysfunctional trip

The starting of my stay was amazing until stuff wasn’t working I called the front desk to let them know that the Netflix on the tv wasn’t working they said at 4pm that someone will be in the room to come look at it nobody came until we called 3x till 11pm to fix the tv and the issue still wasn’t fixed the guy told us to wait 10 mins to turn on the tv and the tv still didn’t work we called the front desk and the lady was very rude and switched her attitude when she realized that something was actually wrong so they tried to switch us to a different room I respectfully declined due to the fact I paid for a king and they tried to downsize me to a double queen room !!! But overall the stay was alright and paying $30 for parking for two days is insane it should come with the fact I’m already staying at your non functioning hotel but it’s alright just know I will not be returning to this hotel respectfully

I stayed in 2 rooms and they both were not the cleanest. There was dust that was clearly not cleaned. The shower floor was dirty and black. The bathroom mirror was also dirty

The hotel is a bit older but they’ve done some renovations to freshen it up a bit. Great location if you’re splitting time between NYC and Jersey. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Steven at front desk. The bar staff was also very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The shower is aging a bit, but does the job. The comedy club night was also hilarious in case it coincides with your stay. I recommend this hotel based on their kind staff, location, price and nice bar. If you’re extra finicky then maybe not.

Over all stay was great. No pool or hot tub, food was great. Service great. Clean. Bar and restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm. Wish it opened sooner for quests and had microwave in suite.
