This time was very disapointing At check-in the reception guy didn't find my booking and refused letting me in even after I showed him the order confirmation that was sent to me from the hotel few days before. I was forced by him to creat another booking in higher price. That was big mass. The hotel didn't take respinsibility for their mistake, didn't appoligies, and no any comansation for the very bad welcome.
