Rustic villa recently renovated on two floors with 6 sleeping spots in Jesolo Paese, with large garden and private pool. 5 minutes from the sea.

Ca' del Mar is a recently renovated rustic property, with comfortable furnishings, for a bucolic vacation... without giving up on fun.

The house is composed of a kitchen (dishwasher and oven) with dining room, very spacious living room with satellite smart TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your account), sofa and armchair bed, air conditioning, bathroom and laundry with washing machine. On the upper floor 2 rooms with double beds and ceiling fans, and one with a single bed, another bathroom with shower.
Outside, an enormous garden with hammocks, veranda with barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs.

Ca' del Mar is located in a residential area of Jesolo Paese (via Salsi 16) 4 km from the beach, also reachable by bicycle path.

The center of Jesolo Paese is a few steps from the residence.
For the beach and for Jesolo lido, it is advisable to go by bicycle or car.
It is possible to reach Venice by various means, including ferry and train.

Wir waren in der ersten Pfingstwoche hier und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!Besonders begeistert haben uns der große Garten, der sowohl für Kinder als auch für Hunde perfekt geeignet ist, sowie der schöne Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist recht steil. Unser Hund hat sie leider nicht selbst geschafft. Außerdem dauert es oben einen Moment länger, bis warmes Wasser in der Dusche kommt, anschließend funktioniert aber alles einwandfrei.Sehr praktisch fanden wir auch die Lage: In derselben Straße befindet sich ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und ausgesprochen sympathischem Service. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es zudem ein kleines Geschäft für die täglichen Besorgungen, das bequem zu Fuß erreichbar ist.Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer tollen, ruhigen Gegend und kommen gerne wieder.
