A localização é excelente. A estrutura do flat também. Café da manhã bom! Mas o apartamento estava sem manutenção, geladeira suja, ventilador impossível de usar, esponja inapropriada pra uso, itens da cozinha muito sujos.

Flat muito sucateado diferente das fotografias postadas. Não trocam as toalhas de banho nem roupas de cama, ficamos 5 diárias com as mesmas. Não houve limpeza nenhuma. Móveis velhos e sujos. Cozinha sucateada. Prédio com 155 unidades, congestionamento de elevador, piscina impossível usar vez a enorme quantidade de pessoas.valor muito elevado para o que foi oferecido.
