Had to wait till the room was cleaned even though we arrived after 4pm, reception staff very noisy late into the night, hard to get to sleep

Room was OK, but a few minors things: power plugs did not work except 1 (luckily). No curtain or blinds at the window in bathroom, then the mirror reflected light through the transparant door, which was not pleasant during nigth. Breakfast was really poor, but ok, the total price was low for this room. My most negative comment is about the reception. I was to be piked up next morning, the taxi driver reported at the reception but they said nobody under my name was checked in ! So I missed my appointment ! Then later when I asked her at the desk, the lady checked and just only said O now I see !! no apologies, no excuse, nothing !! very very bad service
