Checking in was painful, the wait at the airport was longer than expected and reception was not prepared for the number of guests that arrived. There were staff available but only 2 actioned check-ins. Once I was able to check in, the room key (room 111) wouldn’t work so I had to retrace my steps to reception, bags and all and was given a replacement, same story. Now I’m tired it’s almost midnight and I can’t get into my booked room. Back downstairs- this time, a colleague was sent up with me with a master key - surprise surprise, this didn’t work either. Back downstairs for the third time to be given another room (338) I was given 2 keys and one of them worked - frustratingly it was the second one. This room served the purpose but I’m not sure it was the King bed superior room I booked.

Easy to find shuttle took us right away to the hotel checked easy, good dinner and breakfast. Easy shuttle to airport and help getting checked in for next flight out next day. Very professional staff, convent and very comfortable.
