Easy to find shuttle took us right away to the hotel checked easy, good dinner and breakfast. Easy shuttle to airport and help getting checked in for next flight out next day. Very professional staff, convent and very comfortable.

booked this hotel as i had to be early in the airport for an early flight. but was allocated a room in the midle of a travel party that was drinking and making alot of noise. did told them at midnight to keep it down but had to call reception at 1AM to get things sorted. took them till 2AM to get things sorted and be offered a room on a "quiet floor". i get it it is not the hotel fault some idiots were making alot of noise. but i did contacted the airport asking about the opening time for the breakfast and they should have realised i needed quiet. paying £99 for 3 hours of angry sleep is not what i wanted when making the booking. perhaps in the future hotel management would consider some people are there to have a reasonable sleep

Absolutely Horrible stay, its dated and the sheets where filthy. My room smelled like dust and smoke and it triggered a sinus inflection. The front desk staffer was rude when i told him my room key was not working went to lecture me about not putting my hotel key next to my phone when the phone was in the room. Horrible experience visited this hotel 10 years and it was perfect will never ever come to this place, and the unfriendly smells from many of the guest relations people. Do Better.
