The housekeeper took all of our towels and never replaced them. The room was old and dirty, the shower head was rusty and the tile looked like it had mold. Also, they took my credit card info and attempted to book rooms.

Best hotel in tri cities

Great place to stay in the try cities. Clean safe environment and very family friendly. Connie was helpful answering any questions about the area. I highly recommend this establishment.

I find it hard to believe that this place is even open for business. Dirty and dated. Broken glass, food on the walls and blood on the sheets. I want a refund. Air conditioning did not work. Maintenance said it worked just fine but they didn’t try to sleep while sweating all night Gross and disgusting

Property was dirty, pool was disgusting it was green and stuff floating in it! The hotel room was okay but barely any plugs to plug anything in! There was two plugs behind the bed that you could only use one because the other was pushed into the wall! The floor was dirty and turned your feet or socks black! There were people hanging outside all night making noise! We originally had three nights we checked out after night one! Wouldn’t recommend pictures are not what they seem!

Rooms are very outdated, looked like wallboards were ripped out and nails are still there, room didn't feel fresh and clean No one was taking care of eating area at breakfast,lady at front desk had to take care of it I will say the beds are very very comfortable but all else needs work, sidewalks we had to walk on to get to room were overwhelmed by weeds,as well
