It was convenient for where my outing was being held, but needs updated and was dirty. I stayed at the same hotel in Mount Joy PA and bathrooms and room were much bigger and very clean. Disappointed with the one in Johnstown. Understand it’s Johnstown, but the owner doesn’t take pride in keeping property updated and clean.

The pool/hot tub area could use improvement for sure. There were dead ants floating in the hot tub and the pool water was cold and cloudy to a point that we did not swim

Staff was very nice! The shower faucet leaked, then entire hotel had a very odd smell. The carpet in our room was pulled up by bathroom door. There was mold in the shower caulking. The shower drain and sink drain did not drain well at all. The pool was not the cleanest there were rolled up dollar bills on the one table. If we didn't need a place to day we would have defiantly choose another place. In the bedroom things were hardwired out of an outlet and ran up the wall. We did alert the manager of issues during check out.

Tired, kinda stinky and needs refreshed badly!

Rooms were not very clean, halls kinda stunk like BO. One of our two rooms the door would not fully close/lock unless slammed very hard. We told the front desk, they said must be warped. They declined to send up maintenance. Then when we left the next time, the doorknob broke off! Took hours to get a replacement room. Door key cards repeatedly needed reset. Pool was nasty looking. They were draining some murky looking water directly into parking lot and storm drain.

Good hotel. Nice location. Love the indoor pool and hot tub. Love the breakfast options. Room is always clean and cozy. This was my 6th visit. Would recommend.
