Several issues encountered: 1. Booking price stated on the Expedia did not reflect the same price in fact I have paid more on site 2. First Room given to me has issue with the card sensor/lock and not able to open the main door from inside 3. Card sensor from second room change unable to detect inside room slot holder 4. Third room change water pressure inside toilet was too slow Hope u can rectify above problem

A bad bad stay

Not really comfortable stay for us. First, it took forever for the staff to check in. Second, the toilet is very dirty, there are water spot on the floor which look quite disgusting. Third, the towel is dirty, with some stain on it, same goes to the floor cloth. Forth, we stay in a double bedroom, but everything came with one set as if it is a single bedroom. Fifth, the room, the pillow cover and the bedsheet as well as the blanket are smelly.

Smelly Hotel

I booked higher price room, but was given lower price room. When checked in I received a sms saying I checked in room 202 but was given room 307. Clearly hotel staffs try to cheat.

ジョホールバル駅から遠すぎる、またラーキンバスターミナルからも遠すぎる 窓のない部屋がほとんど

このホテルから翌日、ジョホールバル駅に行き、陸路でシンガポールに行き予定だったが、駅まで遠距離で、グラブタクシー（白タク）に断られ、計画を断念した。
