This time there were no rooms on first floor with a king bed as i had reserved and requested. So we accepted a room with 2 beds. The mattresses felt like a box spring with a one inch foam pad on top. We bought a 3 inch twin size foam pad for the wife to help her back. Then after 3 days we list several channels on the TV. Some of our favorite channels were not available. I reported it but nothing was corrected.

A bit on the pricier side for what the quality was. Bath towels are extremely fragile, small, and thin. Multiple outlets didnt work, like the ones by the sink, so I couldnt do my hair in the mirror.

The room was nasty. Most of the lights did not work. Room was not secure.The room repairs look like a kid did them. The place should be torn down and build something decent. When I got there, they said Expedia had canceled my reservation! What gives?
