The property is in need of repair but sufficient for me and my wife… Food was good way staff was good. Beach is beautiful pools are good…. Never had time to find a taxi. All the sightseeing was good. If this resort would have a little updating it would be so much better, but was not disappointed.

Yes, rooms are small, however, we don’t stay in or room during the day. Food was good, never crowded at any one spot. The beach and water are amazing. We did not come across anyone that works there rude, crabby, etc. great stay!

the internet is weak - had to do some work and it was in and out so was frustrating until it worked - should be updated and or upgraded to stronger signals the bathrooms in some public areas were gross - and toilets that were plugged and not usable - poor - need to be better maintained - rooms need updating - beach is very good - and food was average - but the service was weak - the location is good but this place needs a serious upgrade - won't be back until that occurs -

The property is dated but clean and works for a place to go and get beach and sun time works well for most. If looking for a wow factor not the place for u. The only not good thing it could use more bars open at same time and more restaurants choices

Very dated property that is slowly undergoing upgrades. My room was below average, leaky air conditioner that was dripping constantly on the floor. The food was tasty but very repetitive. The beach is amazing. Internet is very inconsistent on the resort unless sitting at the front desk lobby. The bed was comfortable. Lots of beach chairs available at all times during the day. There is a grocery store within 5 mins walking distance that has an ATM. I was not expecting 5 star and was rarely in my room so I got what I paid for.

Beautiful older place , remember its 3- star, great price, management is rude and stressed, staff are very pleasant....you demand excellence go elsewhere you easy going and love trade off value--- YES! Loved the beach, scenery, property layout, weather, pools, all inclusive, drinks, staff service, cleanliness, options of excursions, food choices, variety of food, security officers on site, no bugs, Didn't like communication problems with upper management- 1. Excursion Director, ( demanding respect, rude,arrogant, communication) 2. Front Desk- (impatient, ignoring, communication) 3. email inquire responses prior to visit, (pathetic 1 word responses) 4. Being lectured by Chef on food contamination at dinner (belittling) 5. Arrival @ 4:00 pm- 6:30 pm no food availiable so like us traveling by plane all 10 hrs..no food till 6:30 pm....this is so wrong! 6. If you ask for fresh towels at front desk they put you a bunch in a sack and you are expected to tote them around versues a maid bringing them to the room.

Management and reception were indifferent to our requests. Despite requesting a room near the dining area and beach in advance, we were assigned a room far from everything—even though the resort was only half occupied. Additionally, housekeeping was not provided at all, which was not clearly disclosed on Expedia. We were supposed to receive one complimentary housekeeping service, but it was never fulfilled. The quality of drinks and wine was poor, with unknown brands. On top of that, security harassed me daily on the beach because my clothing partially covered the resort wristband, even though I had a resort towel and drinks. Despite recognizing me, they continued to hassle me every day. Overall, it was a terrible experience with poor resort management.

There is one restaurant and if you don’t get downstairs before 7:15 am you will not get reservations, the website says 3 restaurants but there is one and a buffet and a lunch grill by the pool. The beach and pool are very nice but the rooms are poor

I don’t know how this hotel does not have more terrible reviews. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so tiny. 2 adults in a FULL size bed is unacceptable. Second no dressers to put your clothes away. No blanket or towels. It took 3 times of complaining to finally get blankets & towels. We tried to upgrade our room which we were told multiple times to check back later when the supervisor was in. There was no supervisor. We then had a flood every time we showered. They fixed it by putting a towel down. The bathroom has an open window with a screen so your room will never get cold due to the open window. You couldn’t use the balcony because the sliding door was broken. What they also don’t tell you on their website is there are no elevators!!! We were on the 4th floor. It was not fun trying to get the luggage up and down the slippery wet steps. When we checked out I was told I owed them $96 for resort fees and taxes. I told them they should be paying me instead of me paying them. I told them I would never return to this hotel. They said they were sorry I wasn’t happy and they would let the supervisor know. I said don’t bother considering nothing was done during the week for us. I highly recommend you look to stay somewhere else!!! I know a room doesn’t make or break a vacation but after being out in the sun all day you just want to be able to shower and relax in a somewhat decent room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

This property is beautiful. The rooms are average but I wasn't there to stay in the hotel room. The beach was stunning, the staff was incredible from the welcome drinks to the spa to the bartenders. The only "complaint" I would have is there were only two available restaurants. I was only there a couple of days so this was fine but if you're planning on staying longer, definitely leave yourself the option to go off resort for other local meal options.

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Margaret that books the excursions was very pleasant. Room was clean with a nice view of the water. Food was average but be prepared for a lot of west indies dishes. They cooked a whole pig one night that was fabulous. Main complaint was the one restaurant is by reservation only. In order to get a reservation, you needed to be in line at 7am. They need a better system; Alcohol was very bottom shelf but plentiful. Beaches are beautiful with plenty of loungers.

The hotel is very simple, the beach is amazing. Great location, view and staff was welcoming. There are no elevators, room service, in room bar, beach service or much of a variety. This hotel is ideal for travelers who are looking to relax on the beach and venture out of the hotel.

Ridiculously loud music after 10:30 pm, even went to 11:30 some nights. Nothing done about it in spite of calls to front desk. Food very good considering how many people were being served. Staff very patient and friendly.
