Disappointing

The charge was higher once we got there than we had orginally booked. The air in the room was awful it was very humid and hot the whole time. The room was tiny, the beds felt like you were falling off the edges. The shower was very strange it was leaning inside the wall. The TV and remote did not work together, apparently the sensor was "sensitive". The hair dryer took 4 x longer to dry as it put out very little air. We were there for a friends wedding and were very disappointed by the results. The breakfast timee werr very short and early for a weekend but suprisingly the breakfast wss decent.

Convenient location. Rather quiet considering the property is so close to the interstate. Nice comfortable bed with a nice pillow topper. Hot breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the continental stuff too.

This was a great property for our one- night stay in Joplin. The sheets were insanely soft and the bed was great. Right next to a big truck stop (same parking lot) that has anything you could possibly need. It was quiet for being in such a busy area. Would stay again.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The problem was with the incidental hold. They never refunded it and every time I called I was told the same thing 7-10 business days it would be reversed. It’s been over a month and the money still hasn’t been reversed.

Sleep Inn of Joplin, Missouri

I was truly impressed as soon as I walked into the lobby of the Sleep Inn of Joplin, Missouri. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Accommodations were great and our stay went other than a tornado warning the following morning. I commend the staff for giving us safety tips and areas to go to! Good job! (There was NO tornado and the green light was given)

We had reserved an accessible room for my husband who uses a wheelchair. We were going to a wedding and wanted to be able to change at the hotel. We called ahead and asked if we could check in just 30 minutes early as it takes us a little while longer to get in and out. They went out of their way to get the room ready for us. It made a big difference. The giy at the desk that evening was very kind as well.
