Quarto limpo porém o enxoval usado cama e banho estão bem usados. Verificamos um lençol rasgado por uso. Travesseiros muito usado, escuros e não confortável tivemos que pedir mais pois estavam muito baixos e sem conforto. Café suficiente e diversas opções. Atendimento muito bom e Cortez dos funcionários. Ar-condicionado antigo e muito barulhento.

Chegamos lá o banheiro não tinha papel nem sabonete, tbm não tinha tapete no banheiro, tomávamos banho e molhava tudo. Quarto casal só tinha um edredom, mas não chegamos a usar pq o ar condicionado quase não funcionava, sentimos um pouco de calor. Quando estávamos chegando e fazendo na recepção o recepcionista tratou mal um hóspede que apenas pediu mais uma coberta pq estava só com 1 no quarto e estava com esposa. Não gostei, não ficarei de novo !

Fiquei 4 dias e amei a cama, os travesseiros e o café da manhã. Na reserva, eles colocam um campo para "solicitações" e eu fiz uma de um cobertor, pois havia informações que a cidade era fria e eu acabei por esquecer, ocorre que nenhuma resposta foi me dada quanto a isso. Meu quarto tinha problemas com a cortina e por vezes fiquei sem tapetes no banheiro. Fora isso o hotel me ajudou a ter uma viagem maravilhosa.
