Stay at a destination resort and enter into in the tropical resort through a beautiful open lobby. Experience the sights, sounds and fragrances of Maui, a waterfall surrounded by flowers, lush foliage and a koi stream. Enjoy the oceanfront main pool, jacuzzi, the garden pool or sunbathing on the beach in a chaise lounge. Relax while dining at the Kaanapali Shores restaurant, conveniently located, just steps from the beach.

Kaanapali Shores offers amenities including a health club, beauty salon, gift shop, outdoor massage, children's programs, onsite DVD rental kiosk, activities desk and concierge services-plus our guests do not pay a resort fee (guests booked through Aston do). Just beyond the resort gates there is a shopping center, with a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants/bars, dive shop, gift shop, and more. Just down the street there is a farmer's market and natural food store--and no trip to Maui is complete without sampling the local farmer's fruit and produce.

Per Hawaiian Law, there is no smoking in vacation rentals or on the lanais (balconies). Daily or interim maid service (including daily coffee and shampoo) is NOT included with this rental. There is NO resort fee with this rental but there is an additional fee for parking on site (covered parking is available). Check out time is 11 in the morning on the last date of your stay range.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.172% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of November 1, 2021 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures starting 1/1/2024 regardless of when the property was booked.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

******All stays of over 13 nights require a mid stay clean. The mid stay cleaning fee is $175 plus tax and must be paid prior to guest's arrival******
