The space:
The unit is a second floor corner studio which gets the morning sun on the lanai - a great place to have your breakfast and protection from the sun in the heat of the day. As it is on the second floor you can leave the lanai doors wide open at night to let in the breeze and sound of the waves.
The lanai overlooks the main swimming pool and has a view of the ocean.
MKV was designed and built before the age of the mega resorts. The majority of the property consists of 2 story condos with plenty of green space between buildings. The homeowners association has worked for decades to enhance the grounds with a wide variety of trees, flowering plants, gardens and landscape features. The low density property also means the beach has fewer people especially due to the Kaanapali Golf Course to the south and private residences to the north.

This resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens in the Kaanapali Resort area on one of the finest stretches of Kaanapali Beach. Follow our footpath to the breathtaking Kahekili Beach (aka Airport Beach), then drop by our restaurant for a delicious bite and a cool drink. An eventful day here means lounging by either of the two pools, a children's pool, soaking in our hot tub, and stargazing from your private lanai. Want to play in the ocean? Book a whale-watching tour (Dec-Mar) on a Kaanapali beach catamaran, or glide across the calm waters on a stand-up paddleboard. After a refreshing swim, take your snorkel gear to Black Rock to discover some of Maui’s unique marine life.
