Rauha ja rauhallisuus odottavat saapumistasi Konea 831: een, tilavaan ja ylelliseen merinäköalastudioon, joka tarjoaa upeat innostavat näkymät Tyynellemerelle ja yksinäisyydelle vallitsevista kaupan tuulista. Todella parhaan omistajan vuokra-asunto, joka on saatavilla halutuissa Konea-tornissa, 831 on vaikuttava siitä hetkestä, kun olet syöttänyt. Sen leukasta pudottamalla 8. kerroksen näkymät sen uskomattomaan paikkaan näet, miksi sanat ja valokuvat eivät tee oikeutta - vain kokemus.

Rentoudu ja yhdistä uudelleen runsaasti asuintilaa, joka on täynn�� "iloa" varten. Tämä ylellinen 8. kerroksen merinäköalahuoneistohotelli mahtuu 4 hengelle king-size-vuoteessa ja queen-sohvalla. Kun päivä muuttuu illaksi, rentoudu ja lataa - vedä kylpy kylpyammeeseen ja kutsu päivän viimeisinä ajoin.

Lanan lanai-ovet ovat täysin auki, jolloin neljä henkilöä pääsee mukavasti nauttimaan upeasta näköalasta. Tässä sviitissä on eteläinen altistus, joka vastaa enemmän aurinkoa ja vähemmän suoraa tuulta, joka tuottaa täydellisen tasapainon trooppisen ilmastoinnin kannalta. Honua Kai istuu rannalla North Kaanapalissa, joten tulet kirjaimellisesti vain muutaman askeleen päässä Mauin rantaviivan rauhasta. Ilmainen Ohana Play -paketti sisältää Tommy Bahaman rantatuolit, sateenvarjon, BBQ-laitteet ja kannettavat jäähdyttimet.

Nauti nopeasta pääsystä tuoreelle uima-altaalle ja rantapyyhkeille, koska sviitissä on pääsy Honua Kaiin kätevään aulassa ja uima-altaan pyyhekioskeihin.

the room was great and as advertised- great location and the addition of two beach chairs very welcome. The place was not available anywhere close to 4, and the lack of communication about Maui rentals to us and to the crew at the location when we arrived and during our stay was disappointing to say the least- we will choose another next time we stay.

Listing was just as described. Beautiful beachfront property. Place had everything you could need except an umbrella for the beach. Would highly recommend. Lots of families present. Great Babymoon location.

Winter getaway

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Check in is easy, the management company sent us instructions a few days prior to check in so there was no anxiety about when and where to go. The property was as close to immaculate as we could expect. Beautiful courtyard leading to the pools, short walk to the beach, dukes bar right on property. Location was convenient for our needs, There are a few grocery stores nearby for food and essentials, a food truck lot right next door. The unit itself was clean, had all the kitchen essentials, working appliances, and some beach chairs/ igloo cooler that were available for our use. The view could NOT be beat. While not ocean front it is ocean facing and we spent every morning on the lanai with binoculars watching whales right from our room. We have stayed at 5 star luxury resorts in Hawaii before and this stay rivaled our stays there just based on the view and convenience of having our own home away from home

Excellent views and resort

Probably the best view we’ve had to date at our Maui adventures. Room was well equipped, and had everything we needed. Fantastic resort and amenities. A couple things though. This room is directly next to the trash room, and so the hallway approaching the room smells pretty nasty, like wet mildew carpet, which made our room smell a bit until we opened up the patio and aired it out. Also, the AC in this unit is not strong at all. Room didn’t get below 73 degrees and we are used to sleeping in cold temps, so that was a bit rough. Definitely needs to get fixed. Other than that, was a great stay.

Great condo, it had all the amenities that I needed for a great stay and the pool was great. Only thing, be careful with the lava rocks on the edge of the pool. I accidentally scrapped my foot (ouch). All in all, I would highly recommend booking. Dukes restaurant was awesome and the mai tais were great!

Great place, great location

I stayed here with my daughter and we had a great time. You can walk down to the beach or pool. We liked that the pool area had multiple different pools so people were spread out instead of crammed into one. Great view of the pool and ocean. Close drive to kaanapali. Has a little store in the lobby for things you may have forgotten to bring or a snack. Parking can be a little difficult if you get back later in the evening. Overall, amazing stay!

Everything was great. Beautiful condo, property was lovely! The only hiccup was construction on site (which we were not informed about beforehand) so it was hard to sit on the balcony with the noise and dirt.

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a hot breakfast every morning on the patio with the view of the property and ocean. The resort has very nice grounds to enjoy sitting around the pools, and the beach is just a short walk beyond that. My only gripe would be that the underground parking is not very big. If you return late in the evening it will most likely be full and require you to use valet parking which is free, just a little time consuming.

The location of this unit is great and view is as well.

Overall this was a great stay and the rental company took care of our concerns. However, it is time to reinvest in this unit things are getting worn down, the washer had extensive mold in it, and the engineer never came to fix. The skirt betting for the foundation of the bed had to be changed it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom could use a refresh on paint and for the walls and doors. It's not bad by any means, but could use a facelift for the nightly rate we are paying for this unit. Carpet and furniture is all just a been worn.

Nice amenities and convenient location

Great restaurant can be found at Duke's and the pools at Honua Kai are fantastic. Very close walk to the beach and close drive to many greatsnorkel beaches, as well as the Kapalua golf courses. Food trucks are a great feature close by. The mattress is far too soft for our liking and was difficult to sleep on but the views from the condo and the resort is general is superb. Would return but new mattress pls!

Absolutely loved our stay in Konea tower studio 831! The view was incredible!

The view was incredible! The studio was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with all of the basic kitchen items that we needed during our stay and the washer and dryer worked very well. We brought our own light weight beach towels which made it very convenient when we went off property. Dukes is a great restaurant with very friendly service. We hope to stay here again when we head to back Maui. The Maui resort management was EXTREMELY helpful as our flight was delayed ...they allowed us to not only have a late check out, but for a very small fee we were able to stay until the late that evening. Amazing place!

I loved this property so much! The room was so close to the elevator, yet was very quiet, had a good view of the pools and the ocean! I like that they had an on-site restaurant, store, nice pools and the beach right there! I was also very thankful for the A/C and ceiling fan after a long day in the sun and heat! There were also good options for TV channels and a DVD player if you want to bring your own. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could possibly need! The Maui coffee and chocolates were a very nice touch. Only complaint I have is the bathroom counter space is very small! So I had to get creative on where to put all my bathroom items. The beach chairs (which were waaaay to low, some higher ones would be nice) and umbrella were a bit used and I also couldn’t figure out how to use the umbrella on the beach so that was embarrassing haha Lastly, the underground parking lot gets full if you come after 7-8 pm. Then you have to park outside and could be a long walk. I experienced that once and didn’t come back late again!

The place was as good as advertised. Everything about the place and location were exceptional. And close proximity (very short walking distance) to a full size supermarket, restaurants, food trucks and other stores was a huge bonus. We will be sure to rent there again when we return.

From the stunning view to the beautiful grounds…this is an exceptional property. The amenities in the condo were high level items and the extra beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and wagon gave us extra fun on the beach. A few surprises that did not ruin the fun but to be aware of: the underground garage parking fills up by 9 p.m. and two nights we had to park in a guest lot by the adjoining property. The toilet has a scream after flushing…works fine just a bit of a surprise.. A great week at an outstanding resort…Aloha🌈

Fantastic as usual

We've been to the resort multiple times but this was our first stay in a studio and this property. It was very clean, no pets, fantastic view, and the amenities were great. Loved having the Tommy Bahama chairs there already. Our only complaint is the amount of chair scratching we heard at early hours from units above. That issue has nothing to do with the property manager at this unit, but I'd send a note to the resort recommending they put some sort of chair glides or furniture pads on the chair legs.
