Our condo was very comfortable, spacious, we didn't get each other's way. Beautiful ocean and garden/pond view from our balcony. Decor is a bit dated, and the carpet need replacing, but it did not effect our enjoying our stay.

The condo itself has not been upgraded for what appears to be 30 years. Laziness. The Papakea resort itself is very nice. Beautiful landscaping, tennis courts good, nice grass area along the shoreline, and potential surfing right there. No excuse to not make some upgrades to the condo.
