Everything is great. The food at the restaurants is fairly over priced and the quality of ingredients and choices is pretty low. Tried all of them, but still just okay at best for food.

This particular Westin is very kid friendly with multiple shallow pools with a water slide— beautiful gardens with fish to feed and parrots and flamingos which my family loved. Customer service desk and breakfast options would be the only thing needing improvement. I wanted to upgrade from a double room to 2 king suites and they insisted on charging me a cancellation fee of $1200 since it was only a day before arrival—even though they blamed it on Expedia then Expedia said it was the property’s decision to charge it. I talked to the manager there and she said unfortunately no refund. Spending $3500+ additional on the suite I would think they would’ve not charged a fee at all and been glad to accommodate the request? Be aware some of the rooms come with the breakfast buffet -great! —but front desk wouldn’t let me add any people including my kids to the non-breakfast rooms even if I paid for it — it was not an option -so only half of our family was able to eat breakfast at the resort daily and the other half either went without or had Starbucks breakfast. Property should have an option for the buffet breakfast to be added to any room for a fee. Again, customer service there needs to be upgraded but the property itself is perfect for families with small children and teens. Beachfront pools with a super fun water slide and outdoor mall next door with several restaurant choices nearby-awesome!!—luau dancers/fire (beachfront) was a definite 10! -luau food was pretty good

Great stay! Paid for ocean front because love to hear the ocean waves at night. on the ninth floor and music from the restaurant on the ground floor was so loud we couldn't enjoy being on the oceanfront. Talked to front desk about and they were indifferent snd said they knew it was a problem. Very disappointing response! Other than that our experience was very good.Don't pay the extra for oceanfront!

The Westin Maui Spa & Resort is one of my all time favorite Westin’s to stay at. Top notch service, best beds and location has easy access to great restaurants, shopping, excursions and views!

Arm pillows were molded! I had headaches and sinus issues and couldn’t figure out why until our last day when I flipped all of our bedding and pillows over to see if I had any closer jewelry in the bed and discovered molded linen
