Kahana Sunset E4 is a ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that features ocean views and split A/C units located in both bedrooms and the living room. Unit that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV with cable. Enjoy an evening drink or meal on the separate private lanai right off the bedroom! The en suite master bathroom has a large counter and beautiful tile surrounded walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds. Enjoy having easy bathroom access as it is right off the bedroom. As you walk inside you'll see there's a walk-in shower similar to the master bath. The spacious living room is equipped with a couch that converts into a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen is well-stocked and has new stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors or enjoy your meal outside on your private lanai.

This unit features two floors, both with an open floor plan to create a bright and spacious living environment. Both floors have a private lanai where you can enjoy views of the gorgeous blue ocean. There are not stairs to access the unit, but there are stairs to access the second level of this condo.

Kahana Sunset is a peaceful and private oceanfront complex that offers a pool and BBQ grills. Located in Kahana, you are near some of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, bars, golf, and other activities! This boutique-style resort is made up of 6 buildings and 79 units. spanning across 4.47 acres of lush grounds. My Perfect Stays will collect upon booking the Kahana Sunset Resort fee of $75 plus tax ($78.12) so you do not need to check in at the front desk upon arrival.

We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable, excellent AC and water pressure, and the beach gear was so handy. The My Perfect Stays team was very attentive to texts and needs. I wish it was a little more updated and could use a real deep clean, but it fills all our needs for a vacation spot in Maui! Kahana Sunset is a cute little community with BBQ, pools and beachfront spots. Great location close to Napili and Ka'anapali! Would recommend to anyone.

The location was great, it was central to many places and it was a quiet neighborhood. The views each morning were beautiful and it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We were even able to see whales from our top balcony. The condo was nice and clean and the host was very responsive. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked though for a family of 7, which is the occupancy. It was missing enough utensils for everyone and some other key items, like pot holders, if you planned to cook to cook meals in the condo like we did. The viewing area of the bay offered beautiful views and the pool was very nice. At the time of year we stayed (December) the beach was inaccessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable and roomy for a family of seven.

Well maintained with everything that you needed for your stay! We enjoyed our time and would stay again without question. When we arrived the door was left open which was odd but not an issue by any means. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!

Enjoyed the location and ease of the location of the condo. The check-in was seamless. The condo had a small beach front which we enjoyed. The only draw back was it is the second line of condos so you are not directly on the beach front. But would highly recommend this place.

This unit and property was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family! We loved the private beach access and the beautiful sunsets every night. The full kitchen was great for being able to eat at home or to heat up our leftovers. We also appreciated having laundry in the unit. The unit also had beach chairs, a cooler, some snorkel gear, and kid sand toys! The unit has parking right outside the door, which is a huge plus especially with kids. The unit was clean and very welcoming. The upper and lower lanais added so much light and the ocean views could not be beat! A downside to the unit was the noise. Because of the windows and construction of the building, you can hear everything going on outside and from the neighbors. When loud cars drove by, neighbors closed their doors, people were talking, or even snoring, we heard it all. Just something to keep in mind! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we came back to Maui!

Christmas in Paradise

This condo is perfectly located for access to many nearby beaches. There is a nearby market area that has a few smaller restaurants, and a Safeway just a few minutes down the road. The condo is right on the water in a smaller neighborhood. This was nice because the area was quiet and felt a little more secluded than a hotel ever feels. The beach is just a short walk from the unit and has a small sand area that kids can play. During our time there the waves were coming up onto most of the beach, but our kids loved playing right in the edge of the water. Many sandy beaches are very close if you prefer extra space to play. Parking is right in front of the unit, and you can see the ocean from the top patio area attached to the Master Bedroom. The pool is perfect for smaller children as it has a "baby" swim area that is not deep and is separate from the larger portion of the pool. The unit had everything we needed for cooking meals, included a coffee maker, bottle opener, bowls with lids for storing leftovers, etc. It is equipped with small shampoos, conditioner, lotion, soaps and dishwasher pods. The property management company was also very easy to communicate with and provided us with all of the information we needed prior to our arrival. It was a very simple check in/check out process. The Gazebo and Tiki Bar restaurants are just around the corner. Both have good food, although you should go early to the Gazebo if you hope to avoid a long wait. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect Location

Nice place

The condo grounds were great with a little beach that was easy to get to. The pool was perfect especially the kid sized pool for our two year old. The weather was very humid so the condo was very warm during the day, at night with windows open, sliders open, and many fans on it would cool off. I would suggest if the weather is really hot to find a condo with AC. The management company was not very helpful if we had questions or called for any reason. Overall I would stay at this complex again.

Family Friendly Stay

Great condo rental for a family of 5. Beautiful large ocean views from condo, great beach access and fun pool and outdoor area. Enough space for everyone in the condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location if you enjoy NW Maui beaches, snorkeling , and hiking, which we do!

Great family vacation

We were a family of 7 there for almost a week. There were four kids from 9-15 with three adults. There are only three beds and a pull out sofa, so seven people only worked with three people in the king and two in the queen. Overall the stay was amazing. The view was great. You could see everything except the beach. The sun would set right in front of the units so it was special every single night. The bay was great for snorkeling. There were a lot of turtles and we saw them almost every single day. We went snorkeling with them twice and it was amazing not having to even drive to experience that. The sand was great for the kids wanting to play in it vs be out in the water. The pool was nice and heated. We cooked most of the meals in the kitchen and, while small, it was plenty big to cook what we needed. The only two drawbacks I would highlight were that the carpet was really old and could stand to be replaced. The other was that the unit does not have AC. The unit was listed as not having AC and with the cool evenings not having AC was fine. There were plenty of fans and we all were comfortable. That said, if you want it really cold or don't like outside air then this unit is not for you. We noticed a water leak in the ceiling the first day we were there. The water was running out of a ceiling light fixture. We called that morning and when we got back it had already been worked on. We would definitely come back and stay at this unit again.

Cute little place with ocean view and beach access

Overall good; was surprised the furniture was older than expected from the photos and the mattresses have some sag. However, plenty of basic necessities were provided along with extra towels and linen. also very considerate to have beach supplies including boogey board for kids, folding beach chairs, and even a small cooler. No AC in apartment but plenty of fans to use to keep air circulating. Close to grocery and activities.

Great spot for the family

The property management was very responsive, the place had plenty of room and accommodations for us. The beach had great swimming and snorkeling. While the property was a further drive from the airport we did not have to travel far to enjoy Maui.
