2 bedroom 2 bathrooms. in the master or biggest bedroom bathroom was extremely small especially if we are large people, that is not accommodating. The second room with twin beds was more like a cot size, not to happy about that either.

Room/condo was run down. Needed new paint and a thorough cleaning. Both tub/shower combos had noticeable mold. Dated and cheap furnishings. Does not live up to being one of the most expensive places in the area. The saving grace was the proximity to the ocean.

Our favorite spot.

We love this property. This was our 4th time staying there. The staff is very friendly. Right on the ocean with an oceanfront pool. Beautiful sunsets. We love to sit on our Lani and watch the surfers and boogie boarders.

This property was really nice and close so that you could walk to restaurants and stores. Very clean and quiet. Only two suggestions....1. Update pillows and possibly mattress. 2. New procedure to open gates and doors is a 6 digit code. This is to help with security. But kids has access to the grounds and also can reach over the door and open it without the code. Not as secure as it should be.

Cue the whales!!

The staff were professional and kind. The property was located on the water and the view was outstanding!! My unit was clean and I felt very safe. Every unit within these places may be slightly different, mine was dated, lacking some kitchen pieces (tongs and sheet pan, and my bed was so soft my back sunk in. Don’t read too negatively into those observations…..I was thrilled to be there and eating and sleeping were not issues!! The balcony was phenomenal, overlooking the ocean (cue the whales!). The pool and hot tub were a fun evening gathering spot for others staying at the Hotel. Grocery store was 2 miles away and a convenience store with essentials and liquor was right next door.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. Our room is in need of major cosmetic repairs!!!! Grouting was rusty and stained. Rug was stained! Housekeeper did as little as possible. Didn’t clean the glass table tops nor anything on the lanai. I MUST say we had a million dollar view!!!!

This is not a resort. It's more like a motel with a pool, only on the Kona coast. There's no coffee, certainly no drinks. You can't even buy anything except from a soda machine in the parking garage. The unit was large, and yes it's got an ocean view, but it lacks everything. While we were there the access was changed from magnetic entry keycards to a metal panel touchpad. NOT BACKLIT. You can't even get on an elevator without entering your room number and your code. Coming back from the small beach access requires two entry gates to be unlocked. It felt very prison-like. Overkill security for no reason, I suspect. Staff was very nice, I have no problem with them. But don't be fooled by what you expect to get at this property.

The room was outstanding! View of the ocean, big room so none of us felt cramped. It was very comfortable, felt like home. The pool was clean, hottub was nice. Everywhere you went you could hear waves. The room doors are heavy, which made entering and leaving cumbersome, but i think it makes it so you never hear people walking by your room. The hottub jets timer was short but thats nitpicking. Parking is tight in the garage area but relatively easy. We were there for 8 nights, and only had to park outside the garage area once (still on property). It's pricey, but Would absolutely stay here again.

Oceanfront 4th floor 1 BR facing (west) the ocean provided amazing views. The comfortable balcony was perfect for breakfast with crashing surf and enjoying evening sunsets. Clean, comfortable, all necessary amenities. Quick, efficient responses with aloha to our requests. Lovely, well maintained grounds. Mahalo for a wonderful 2 weeks.
