The little house from the 1950s is located in Kaiser-Wilhelm-Koog, right next to the North Sea dyke. The small, dignified rooms are very cozy. There is space and facilities for 4 people on 74 square meters.

A broadband connection enables fast internet access.



Kitchen (6,0m²): Stove, 4 fields - Ceran, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pantry, basic equipment of cookware, dishes and cutlery.

Dining room (8,6m²): adjoining the kitchen, 4 seats, shelf

Bathroom (4.2m²): simple washbasin, walk-in shower, floor drain, shower curtain

WC (1m²): separate

Living room, over corner (25,8m²): TV, sofa, 2-seater - extendable, 2 armchairs, table with 4 chairs

Bedroom, upstairs1 (12,6m²): 1 double bed 160*200cm (can be used as single bed), shelf, bedside tables

Bedroom, upstairs2 (7,8m²): 1 bed, 90*200cm ; 1 pull-out bed, 90*200cm, bedside tables

The furnishings are deliberately kept short and can be added to as required.



In the back hallway there is an additional wardrobe for rubber boots, wind, weather and/or work clothing. The entrance is also very suitable as a "dirt trap" for the dog.





Miscellaneous:

Towels and bed linen are provided.

The house has a small sheltered garden with terrace. Garden furniture is provided. The large fenced lawn offers plenty of space to play and run around.

Pets are generally allowed, but should stay on the lower floor and not be taken into the bedrooms.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

The staircase to the upper floor is narrow, steep and has limited headroom.
