Room was nice and large. Kitchen and fire place is a nice surprise. But. Ground floor room is a euphemism for rooms down there, that are quite hard to find if arriving late. Shower was leaking water into the bathroom no matter how hard we closed the shower door. Centralized air conditioning, and if you need cooler air in the early winter season, you are out of luck.

It’s a small town very close to Meteora. The parking was convenient but not secure although it seems to be a safe area. The view was limited but step outside and it’s amazing view of the rocks!

We absolutely loved our stay at Heaven and Earth. To our surprise, the room felt more like a one-bedroom apartment than a typical hotel space. The separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, comfortable family room, and well-equipped kitchen area made it both cozy and convenient. If you’re looking for a quiet and truly traditional village experience, Kastraki is the only place to stay. It offers peace, authenticity, and charm that you just can’t find in the busier parts of the area.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during our 10 day Greece trip. We stayed in the RIZES suite and it had two balconies with views of both the meteora rocks and mountains. Beautiful touches and Orestis was kind and helpful!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property is pretty new and modern and the room we had was spacious albeit a little dark and in need of better lighting. It was the largest of our trip thus far, and had a nice little kitchenette too. It was clean and well appointed and of course a beautiful view of the mountains! There are some nice restaurants around the area too. However there were a few issues to note: 1. On arrival I was hunting around to find the details of where/how to check in as there is noone there on site. I end up calling them only to find that they had Whatsapp'd me the information and I dont use Whatsapp much - so that was unexpected as all other communications were through Expedia's app. We finally worked it out - but not the smoothest of experiences. 2. The pillows are mixed - one is so fluffy it squishes to nothing. And the other is really hard, like concrete. 3. We were on the second floor and there is no elevator or anyone at all onsite to help you with your luggage. Hope you're strong! 4. Each night there was this repetitive banging - like a gate slamming in the wind. It was never present during the day, so was hard to pin down and fix. But it interrupted our sleep to the point where we needed ear plugs to block it out. Hope they fix it. All that said, it's probably one of the nicer, and newer places to stay in this area and these are teething issues. So we'd still recommend it.

Property was very nice I have zero complaints. Offered streaming sites for our stay. Had a small kitchen with essentials. Orestis was very helpful and helped get us to our room. Just be aware when booking there is two different locations. I’m not sure how you get booked at one or the other. We stayed in the room that had a “hot tub” in room and our room was wonderful there. We basically had a small apartment for the night. Would definitely stay again if visiting.
