We loved our stay in Oikia Guesthouse. Our hosts were kind and helpful, booking a sunset viewing with a local taxi upon our arrival then a monastery tour the following morning. Breakfasts on site were delicious. Room is comfortable. The rooftop patio has magnificent views all around, morning and evening.

From first moments of arrival to seeing yes off, a very pleasant experience. Family run, personable, helpful and always eager to please. A fine jumping off point for Meteora area and right off one of main roads up the mountain(s). Modern and clean; quiet, large sitting patio on upper floor for guests. Good breakfast. Other restaurants are either walkable or easy to drive ot in just a few minutes, with town parking not too difficult. We would clearly return agai and recommend to family and others.

The hosts - Ann Maria and George were very kind and treated us like family. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and just enough. We were able to place an order for breakfast the previous night. That was a great way to avoid wastage. Upon request, they made freshly squeezed orange juice. The property was 5-6 min walk to the main city square of Kalabaka. The view from our balcony and the common balcony was excellent - overlooking the Meteora rocks. The property was extremely clean and the rooms quite spacious. Would highly recommend!

Run by the friendliest Greek family. They make custom breakfast but we were too late to tell them what we wanted the night before. The following morning they fed us regardless before our tour. They treated us like family, highly recommend to anyone visiting Meteora.

Very clean and modern. Close to the town and monastery roads. Very helpful and kind staff. Would stay here again for sure! Free parking out front. We did not opt in for the 12€ per person breakfast. But coffeemaker and capsules in the room, and nearby bakeries .
