• Selfie at the property
Required for TM30 registration in Thailand.
Electricity and Deposits
No electricity charges

Guests are expected to use electricity responsibly:
• Turn off air conditioning when leaving
• Keep doors and windows closed when AC is on
• Avoid unnecessary usage
Excessive usage may be charged.

Check-Out Requirements
Please send photos showing the property condition upon departure.

Additional cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.
