The main floor has a large welcoming kitchen that opens to the living area with impeccable views and cozy fireplace, and a dining table that seats 8. Just off the kitchen you will find a large deck with outdoor dining table.

This house includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. On the top floor you will find the primary bedroom which has a king bed with large walk-in closet, shower with dual shower heads, double sink and toilet. In the primary you will also find a crib if required. The remaining two bedrooms on the top floor are queen beds and share a large bathroom with double sink, shower/tub and toilet. On the lower level you will find the fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed, and bathroom with shower/tub.

All the bathrooms have hair dryers, large bath towels and wash clothes, and towels for the hot tub. The house is equipped with a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TVs, a second living space downstairs, a second outdoor seating area downstairs and a hot tub. With beautiful mountain views our home will provide comfortable living year round.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds and place all dirty linens on the floor next to the beds. All used towels can be collected and put in the bathtub or on the floor next to the shower.
In the kitchen please empty all food out of the fridge, and take the garbage from the kitchen to the large bin in the garage.
Please do a walk through to check all doors are closed tightly and locked (bottom level door, patio door, front door & garage door). Also, please check that the garage door is closed.

Great experience!

We loved staying here! The home was immaculate and well taken care of. Host was very responsive and contributed to a great experience. The layout was perfect for what we needed and there was a lot of seating for our party of 12. We would definitely stay here again!
