We had an excellent experience staying here during our short trip to Kamloops. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was superb in the facilities it offered. I will highly recommend this place to stay for anyone planning a trip to Kamloops. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kamloops as it’s very convenient due to its central location from Downtown.

The bathroom door in our room was so close to the toilet you had to almost straddle the toilet to get in the bathroom. Not a good setup. Was like being in an RV bathroom. The dining room experience was terribly.
