Probably the best value property when travelling with a pet. The only issue is due to its location you cannot turn left to go down the hill toward downtown, but that's minor.

Very clean rooms and comfy beds! Maxine, the owner, was amazing as well as all her staff that we interacted with. Great outside area to sit and enjoy, as well as green space for our dog! Will definitely go back when we are in Kamloops!

The building is very old no upgrades I could see The furniture (couch ) very old and dirty I’m sure the rug was as well . I was not told there was no room service unless you stayed for 4 days The staff was very friendly I could hear the gentleman talking (normally) next door I guess you do get what you pay for. I picked this place because of the great reviews

Filthy floor, bad mattresses. Left early.

I had a room with kitchen. At first glance the place seems reasonably clean. However my white socks were black. The majority of the floor is carpeted, which I suspect was filthy. The tiled area grout was black and the corners were obviously missed a lot. The mattresses are cheap with no pillow top. It might work for someone with a strong back but I got a migraine and back/neck problems and had to leave. One of the cooking pots was in ridiculously bad shape, a white enamel pot that was black inside. It should have been thrown out. Towels are navy blue, made me wonder how they’re sterilized. I wiped off the desk and the wipe was very dirty. I had booked for 8 days, after the migraine they let me leave early no penalty.
