The view was amazing. The only thing I would change is having bigger coffee/ tea mugs in the room. Not everyone likes expresso.

We were staying there with a large group. Our room had black thick hair all over it. The bedroom, bathroom, living room. The hair dryer had the same hair stuck all inside the black end. There was dried face cloth fall when I opened the shower curtain and had the same black hair dried up in it. Friends in another room had a bbq chicken carcouse left in their friends. This place is not cleaned properly at all. We will not be staying here again.

Stayed one night, staff are great and the hotel has been given a facelift it still shows its age. If you are unfortunate enough to stay on the ground floor just hope you don’t have anyone staying above you otherwise you will hear everything, very noisy. Bed was comfy and well placed near the mall and restaurants even though it’s a bit of a walk up the hill or you can try Indian nearby. Grab and go BF was good, not great coffee but hey it’s Hotel coffee 😉

Lovely renovated room. Fridge made strange thumping noise when running that was bothersome. Comfortable bed and bedding. Basic bagged breakfast, great coffee! Would consider staying again if traveling that way in the future.

We loved the modern feel to the property. The rooms were excellent and its location had a great view of Kamloops. The Nespresso coffee is a wonderful touch for coffee drinkers, not so much for tea drinkers. They do have a Dash n Go in the lobby which is a great touch as well. Super friendly staff.

The view from this motel is spectacular. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. We have been travelling all over western Canada and this was the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever stayed at! A lovely price and affordable too.
