I have stayed at a lot of Sandman’s and this by far has been the most run down. I watched the desk clerk put scotch tape on the door jam to hold the little bracket on the door! The one and only ice machine was on the first floor and out of order. The front desk was closed from 11pm to 7am. It felt very unsafe at this hotel.

The room we got was small and in the basement. The bed was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all. The first night there was so much noise for hours that it was difficult to sleep. The staff was very friendly.

Garbage all over outside. Room smells. Key stopped working .I have a hip problem and have difficulty climbing stairs .I let them know when I checked in but was put in the basement and had to climb many stairs. Room was old with shabby furniture.

If you need a cheap place to stay but don't care about the age, condition or amenities, this your place. The Denny's in the parking lot is convenient and the location is close to the downtown area.

The check-in was mediocre, just said charging $100 deposit, here's your key, your room is downstairs. No personality. Then when we tried to sleep there were many voices outside our window several times during the night. At about 4am we heard what sounded like police asking someone what they were doing there...there was someone sleeping right outside our window. We were scared to leave our suite at that time or we would have. We checked out at 7:30am. Very disappointed in this Hotel! A refund would be warranted & appreciated!

When booking, I asked for a queen size bed. Got twins size for a bed. No place to let them know you have pets in a pet friendly hotel. So we were down graded because of pets. Not happy.
