There were inly 2 towels for 4 ppl & 1 face cloth. I know you can call the desk to get more but i didnt could when i checked in. Didnt notice until my early morning wake up. The shower walls were filthy & whem i used a towel & just plain water, it came off easily which makes me wonder if room was cleaned at?!?

Several blips during our visit this time, but ok.

Didn't seem like the bedside table was cleaned. Sandy feeling that scratched my cell phone when I slid it across. No extra roll of toilet paper. No TV controls. Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

Our room was a bit noisy as the elevator was adjacent to one of the walls and it was going all night long. Also could hear the people in the next room pee, brush teeth and take a shower as the bathroom was on the other side of the wall our bed was on. Included breakfast was good, the location was perfect right in town and the room had everything we needed.

The hotel rooms were old, the one room I was given looked like a $40 hostel room, the 2nd room was their "best room" and it was old/dated and the vents were making a whooshing noise. I stayed 10 min and realized I could not stay there, they wouldn't refund my room and charged me for parking when I was there for a total of 10-15min. Charged my card twice for the room that i didn't even stay in.

Luv this old hotel built in 1928. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Stay here every single time we come to Kamloops. Never disappoints.
