Whether you are visiting family and friends, participating in one of the many events Kanab hosts throughout the year, or exploring beautiful Southern Utah, our home will provide a comfortable place to relax and recharge. This home includes two well-appointed master bedrooms; a spacious, stocked kitchen; and outdoor areas to calm the senses.

Enjoy an early morning beverage as you watch the sun rise from a private patio overlooking the eastern horizon. You may see hot air balloons or airplanes just above the beautiful sandstone cliffs. Exhilarating hiking paths are within walking or biking distance - or drive to one of the many national or state parks within 90 minutes in any direction.

If you like to bring your own ATVs to explore the Coral Pink Sand Dunes, there is off-road parking available on site. We have a hot tub available for use (it, along with the backyard amenities, is shared with guests in the second on-site unit).

At the end of the day (or the middle of the day - you're on vacation! :)), return to the quiet comfort of our home. You may even spot the resident mule deer that roam the neighborhood - do be careful as you drive, they could be anywhere - especially in the evening hours. Evening is a lovely time to either enjoy a streaming movie or lie back to gaze at the stars above.
