The Space:

Escape to your own private suite nestled in Kanab’s scenic red rock country — the ideal basecamp for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Staircase–Escalante. Located among peaceful fields and open skies, these newly built suites offer fresh country air, full privacy, and breathtaking views of the red cliffs right from your window.

Enjoy stunning sunsets from your covered porch after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Each suite features a private heating and cooling system (no shared air) and coded self-check-in for complete independence and peace of mind. Enjoy a comfortable bed, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee and tea provided). The Neighborhood:

We are located in an agriculture area so remember that the sights and sounds of farm life is common. They are included but not limited to cows, horses, and occasional farm equipment, especially in the fall when harvesting and weaning occur.



Getting Around:

This home is near downtown and has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles). You can also visit Pipe Springs National Monument (21 miles), the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles), Vermilion Cliffs National Monument (77 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (20 miles), Kodachrome Basin (93 miles), Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area (75 miles), the "Wave"/Paria Wilderness (50 miles), Horseshoe Bend (77 miles), Cedar Breaks National Monument (65 miles) and so much more. Please note mileage is approximate and may vary by a few miles.

Great base for Zion/Bryce and other adventures

Great base for all we did, Zion, Bryce, Kanab Tours to Peek a Boo Canyon, hiked Buckskin Gulch trail hike and Horseshoe Bend. Room had all we needed, very clean, comfy bend, shower was great and enjoyed cards on the back deck. Walked the neighborhood one morning, met the resident goats and calf, very sweet. Shado made herself available if we needed her but we were well supplied. Definitely recommend.

Perfect ending to a great trip!

We traveled in a circle from Las Vegas, around the Grand Canyon, and back again, staying in 5 different locations. This was the BEST location (we stayed on-site at both the South and North Rim of the Grand Canyon). We entered to find an immaculately clean studio apartment, with so much attention to detail--even a fly swatter!! The bed and pillows gave us a well-needed good night's sleep, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. We were thankful for the Keurig and the wide selection of coffees and teas with all the needed accompaniments. The location suited our needs while traveling from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon to Bryce Canyon. When we return to southern Utah, we plan to stay at this lovely property again. I also shared the link with one of our tour guides!

Not enough time

We rolled in after dark and got up early the next morning to go Zion National Park. We definitely didn’t have enough time to enjoy to e stay but it was a fabulous place to lay our heads and get a good night sleep! Everything about our stay was a 5 out of 5.

Great base for park hopping

Cute space on the edge of town, super clean, and a comfy bed. Location was perfect for visiting nearby national parks, and very quiet for relaxing after hiking. Shado was very nice and communicative. Would stay here again!

Perfect little slice of heaven

This adorable cabin like place was perfect for us. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy our daily adventures to the local national parks and relax in the evenings. The place was clean and upgraded with the perfect environment we needed. We parked our car right out side and could access everything we needed as well. Plus, the host was amazing too!

Amazing place!

I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kanab UT! Very clean and comfortable! Area was nice & quiet. It's nice that they furnish all different kinds of k-cups for the Keurig! We had no issues at all! Would definitely stay here again!!
