Stay here for one night. They were having troubles with their system of checking in. Staff on the day was OK about it. Didn't seem to really have a plan in place however can understand when everything relies on technology. Hotel was decent and clean. Our fridge was unfortunately set to freezing so froze all of our food in the room. Pool and hot tub area was nice however I think there may have been an issue with the heating system as it was very cold in there. Overall average stay. Staff upon checkout was great and gave us a little discount considering the check in experience. Would personally look at staying elsewhere in the area next visit mainly based of the value received for what we paid for one night.

This is a hidden Jewel. I had driven by it hundreds of time over last 30 years and decided to stay here this week. What a pleasant surprise! I’m recommending this resort to everyone. It is conveniently located at the junction of Kananaskis not far from Calgary, Canmore and Banff. Cheaper than the expensive stays in Canmore and Banff.

I booked a room on Expedia, arrived at 9 PM and was told they were fully booked. Somehow, they were able to get us into a room. The TV didn’t work, doors were slamming, room was run down and not cleaned very thoroughly. We left after 1 hour and wasted $250.

Comfortable Stay!

We stayed one night. The room was a decent size, with all the needed amenities, beds were comfortable, room was warm so actually put the air on in December, but otherwise very comfortable and clean. The Casino was clean, bright, smoke free, but staff seemed kind of grumpy - just not alot of smiles in the Casino. The front desk staff though were super friendly and allowed us to check in a bit earlier, and the bartender in casino bar was a very nice man, fast, and funny. The breakfast was delish! Really enjoyed our stay!!

Overall our stay was great. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Friendly customer service. The only complaint would be the off and on again hum or rattle from the surrounding suites heating/air conditioning units or perhaps a backup generator or something throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep.

We checked in Christmas Eve the ladies at the front desk were awesome! Very friendly and accommodating. We had a few issues with noise but they were handled promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this property.
