Service and the room were impeccable though on the small side. Staff most courteous, especially Mr. Nawata who went out of his way to be helpful. Great also that they offer cocktails from 5 to 7 on the house. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had in Japan. Happy hour was nice. The lounge was comfortable to relax in. Well situated for the sights of Kanazawa and an easy 20 min walk to the station.

Staff is good but rather unwelcoming. Each of the stuff members was overwhelmed by duties and did not have time for a smile, even a quick one. Hotel room was good, with a rather large bathroom by Japanese standards, but mosf it was occupied by a huge tub with shower gead outside the tub. You take shower outsude the tub. They could have made the rooms bigger with a normal bathroom. The breakfast qualit was mediocre.

Thank you for a very comfortable visit. Staff were lovely and very friendly. They helped us send our luggage via Yamato luggage forwarding for the first time without any issues. We enjoyed the space and the bathhouse which was quite standard compared to other hotel bathhouses we visited.

The room is spacious. The location is just right in the center of the city. Especially this hotel is one block from busy and noisy street. I enjoyed the quiet stay in the alley.

Good hotel. Very modern. Lovely touch that free drinks and eats are available throughout the day. Only complaint is that the light at the entrance to the room goes on and off during the night whenever anyone goes to the toilet or to get a drink , waking up the other occupant of the room. The sensor can be adjusted but they are reluctant to do it.
