The room was very clean and amenities refilled daily. The hotel was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was very good. Large selection of western and Japanese food. The big plus was freshly prepared Sushi every morning! The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel is in a great location very close to the park.

I’m from Mexico and had an amazing stay — I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was the best of my entire trip in Japan. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Highlights: • Super comfortable bed • Spacious bathroom • Beautiful Japanese garden inside the hotel • Excellent service — they even helped us book a local izakaya that only took phone reservations • Best breakfast of my 23-day trip in Japan, with options for Western tastes • Free shuttle to Kanazawa Station (a taxi costs about ¥1,500) • Great location: 3 min walk to Omicho Market and 10 min to Kanazawa Castle and Higashi Chaya • Outstanding value for money Note: As a foreign visitor, I think it’s important to be respectful of Japanese customs and social norms. Sometimes tourists expect perfect English or act out of place, but we should remember we’re guests in another culture — just as we’d expect respect from visitors to our own countries.
