A clean and spacious room in a great spot in Kanazawa. While it's a bit of a trek to the station on foot, you can take a bus to the station. Within walking distance are amazing spots to see and places to eat. The room was spacious and has a washer/drier combo which is a lifesaver for longer stays. There are free amenities in the lobby like razors, q-tips, and toothpaste in case you forget to bring. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kanazawa.

This may have been our favorite hotel- and after 8+ hotels in Japan- it deserves recognition for excellent staff, service, cleanliness, room experience and overall welcoming hospitality. Would highly recommend. Enjoyed the New Years gathering they welcomed us to- very friendly hotel.

For a solo traveller it was a great stay. Loved having a washer dryer to catch up on my laundry. Located within walking distance to prime tourist destinations. Deep tub was very clean and perfect to soak in after long day walking in snow and cold. English friendly staff.

Staff was courteous and helpful when asked but otherwise not interactive, warm or friendly. Stay was ok overall, room clean a little smaller but manageable, bed ok, breakfast was not great and worst of all hotel breakfasts we had on our trip, would not pay extra for that. Location is ok but not as close to everything as thought but still in walking distance. Dining and food take out options around the neighborhood were more limited and everything in the city closes very early, felt a bit like a ghost town, not the hotel’s fault for this though.
