Dirty place and deceiving pictures.

The pictures are deceiving. There’s no pool, spa or laundry facilities (even though the hotel profile says they have them). Bathrooms were very dirty. Holes in the walls and ceilings. Ants on the bed. No view across the lake. No handles or locks on the back door. Upstairs kitchen was loud past midnight. Workers were laughing, talking, dropping things on the floor etc, we couldn’t sleep. We had a terrible experience. Can you please give my money back?

Un antro

Horrible, no hay otra forma de describirlo. Llegamos al hotel habiendo reservado una habitación com terraza y vistas al lago, creo que gran luxury llaman a la habitación. Llegamos y nos dicen que no se han enterado de la reserva, hecha mes y medio antes de la llegada y cobrada desde el primer momento. Después de vatias llamadas nos meten en la única habitación que les queda libre con la promesa de que al día siguiente nos pasan a la habitación que hemos reservado, aceptamos. Nos meten en esa guarrada de habitación, he visto baños en macrofestivales de música más limpios de madrugada que esa habitación, y nos preguntan si tenemos desayuno, les decimos que sí. Aquí empieza la tortura. Música a todo volumen hasta las dos de la madrugada, gente chillando y corriendo y olor y suciedad por todos lados. Dormimos como podemos pensando que mañana mejoraba la cosa, nada más lejos de la realidad. Vamos a desayunar y no tienen nada preparado, nada! Nos ponen, despues de 40 minutos esperando, nos traen cosas que se ve que tenían de sobra en la cocina. Un huevo dividido en 4, medio plátano para cada uno, dos trozos de sandía y un par de trozos de papaya. Un plato de arroz hervido sin nada, un vaso de zumo y uno de agua ( a ver quién es el valiente que se bebe ese vaso de agua en ese hotel! Deporte de riesgo). Bueno, pues de los tres días que teníamos cogidos, nos fuimos al segundo, aún perdiendo el dinero y sólo se nos ocurrió desayunar el primer día. Un horror.

屋上のレストランからの景色が良かったです。また受付の対応もよく、私の片言の日本語でも丁寧に対応いただけました。 ランドリーサービスやチェックアウト後の荷物キープも快く受けてもらえました。 清潔さでいうと日本人感覚だと少し汚く見えてしまうかもしれませんが、虫は全く出ませんでしたし、お湯も出たので問題はないかと思います。 また、キャンディー湖から歩くと上り坂が少し大変なので、配車アプリ等を利用するといいかもしれません。
