There’s always some offensive indian smell of food that is being cooked coming room across the elevator on the second floor. Not a an appropriate place to chill and relax after a long tiring day.

We utilized Best Western Plus as a one night stay before a flight at 6am in the next morning. I researched to make sure they had a shuttle and would store our vehicle. All was good until I arrived. At the counter it posted that shuttles only ran from 4am - 11pm. My return flight got in at 11:30pm. This was never mentioned on their website. I talked to the counter person about this issue. I live 2hr from Kansas City and am not familiar with their Uber/Taxi services. The person behind the counter said to call when we return and they would assist. When we returned THEY DID NOT assist. We were stranded at the Airport for TWO hours trying to get to our vehicle. By that time is was 1:30am in the morning. We has to pay another hotel that neighbors Best Western to stay at their hotel and shuttle us. I also had to take an extra day off work because we didn't make it home that night. The WORST part of all this frustration is that Best Western charged me the same rate as the Airport vehicle storage lots (SPOT). If I used the airport, I would have had a shuttle to my car and been able to drive home by 1:30am. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!

They made a special trip to take me to the airport because I needed to leave sooner than their regular 4am departure time. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean.

The room was clean, you could sleep on the bed. The HVAC was loud, didn't heat and cool well. The whole place was out dated. Little things were broken (exit light, carpets in halls were dirty, weird string lights were falling down). I probably wouldn't stay again.
