Property was located in a scary neighborhood with scary people even though its located across a 4 lane road from Kauffman/Arrowhead. Dog barking non stop next door and peopke yelling. People (not sure if they were guests) drinking in front of property and throwing beer cans. Apparently lawn got mowed during evening game (weird). Parking lot did not feel secure. Left hotel directly when game was canceled due to rain delay. Drove to Lawrence and stayed there.

We stayed at the hotel as it was in walking distance to the Royals baseball stadium. So, loved the convenience! Also really like the fitness center which was clean & well equipped. The free breakfast was also very good with lots of healthy selections and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Highly recommend!

It was a pretty nice stay, nice clean rooms, toilet was a little loud. but overall pretty nice hotel, but i wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit til i checked in so that kind of came as a shock.

It was hair all in the bathroom and bath towels. The handle in the bathroom was falling apart and the ceiling had brown spots look like they were trying to pain over it. The walls were thin I could hear my neighbors. Other than that it was good.

The rooms did not have any bedding for fold out couches, so we had to move bedding from beds to pull out so kids could use pull out. Breakfast was amazing! Such a large selection and tasted great. Samantha and Robin were so kind and helped me figure out what my son with celiac disease could eat.

Enjoyed our stay

The staff was friendly and helpful. Miss Lorraine was so personable and a joy. She helped us out with some questions and a an issue we had. The staff was one of the best things about our stay here. The dining area was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was also very good. While there were some minor issues, we would probably stay here again in the future.
