The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a major shopping and dining hub within 6 miles with plenty of options for food and shopping. The gym was also better than expected with multiple cardio machines, and a full set of dumbbells. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar is not open when the hotel is not a capacity,

I travel a lot as an motorcoach tour bus operator and stay at a lot of properties around the country, although this was a personal trip. Your front desk person, Ms. Elenor, was great to deal with - pleasant & accommodating! Breakfast was good, hot, and area clean. Location - surrounded by KC athletic complex vacant lots, was a little solitary in the off-season, but worked out ok.

Stay went well. No major complaints. I would say the king bed room with the pull out couch is a bit optimistic. Furniture would have to be rearranged and it looked like there wouldn't be enough room between it and the bed. So we just put a kid in bed with us and the other slept on the couch without it pulled out. That was the only issue. Staff was fantastic and overall, I'd stay here again.
