The only reason I can't give five stars is because the shower had issues with the shower head and curtain. Everything else was great and I have already scheduled my next stay, I'll just make sure I ask for a different room if they try to give me the same one again.

You wouldn't have guessed from the outside that this hitel is in need of some maintenance. The room had several issues and needed some up keep. It was clean however and the staff was friendly. One additional note is that it is very noisy due to the nearby highway and busy side streets.

Our shower was broke, no where to get ice except the top floor they need ice on every level especially the main floor. The water fountain in workout room was broke. Also breakfast stops at 9:00 during the week they should move that to 10:00 when your on vacation you like to sleep in then get ready.

We arrived in our room on Friday evening. I noticed that the toilet did not have a functional flush to it. When I called down to the lobby, I was told that maintenance would not be available until Saturday. Because of this, my sister and I were not able to use the toilet for the rest of the night. On Saturday morning, we were able to use the bathroom facilities in the lobby. We were told that someone would be able to look at the toilet later in the day. The toilet did eventually get fixed. Friday evening was very frustrating but Saturday evening was excellent.

We were disappointed by the lack of attention to things like laminate flooring that was coming up in the bathroom, no water (non- functioning dispenser, rather) in the gym, large dried blood stain on pillow (under pillow case - but still) and the texting service was not operational even though you receive a welcome text and it instructs you to send requests using this method.
