We intended ot book room for 2 nights - but we must have made a mistake -- The hotel called me would not match the rate from Friday to Saturday to Saturday / Sunday and charged me more a lot more than my original rate... 100%. This seems incredibly unfair to the customer

The hotel looks brand new; my room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice and accommodating. They seemed to be a little short staffed and I thought there was a restaurant, but they said it's not open yet. Based on the layout I'm not sure there will ever be a full-service restaurant.

Poorly Managed

This property is the perfect example of how management matters. Brand new hotel that is poorly managed, check in process was a prolonged due to lack of training, gym had no water, room key wouldnt work for the gym at 9am, etc etc.

Two thumbs up for Morgan.

We spent three nights during nascar weekend in KC. Morgan handled the front desk and the bar for the three nights we were there. Though we didn’t go to the bar returning, it was evident she was doing her best to go back and forth. She maintained a great attitude and made it an enjoyable experience for everybody.

This site changed or made an error with our booking and the hotel was unable/unwilling to fix this. We were traveling with family and they changed our double room to a king bed. We ended up sleeping on the floor because of this mistake.
