We stayed for a wedding in Lee's Summit. The house was great; clean and just what we needed. The detailed instructions sent before our arrival eliminated any need to contact the host, Dylan. But if we had to contact him, I know he would have answered quickly. All communications with him have been attentive and friendly.

Dylan was wonderful. Provided info in advance and was very accessible via the VRBO app. Kitchen well stocked with cooking basics, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. clean towels, everything was immaculate. We enjoyed the stay very much! It was a 10/10 experience.

This was a great place that I'll return to when visiting the area. The host was very responsive when I needed help, but I wouldn't even have needed that had I first checked the very good Welcome book that was in an obvious spot. Little things I often don't find were great here, like a working and clean coffee maker with abundant pods, comfortable seating and beds (I'm often surprised to find those lacking), great TV setups (4!), and nice, clean dishes and dish washer. Overall cleanliness, convenience and comfort was honestly the best I've had in a VRBO property.

The host to this property kept excellent contact and provided great information about expectations and the surrounding area. The property was everything we expected and more. The area was quiet and the house itself was lovely. I appreciate the small touches like coffee, great towels and the clean, airy space. I love saying, "Wow" when I get somewhere. The downtown area was fun. We stopped by the bakery, the brewery and the bookstore. Everyone was friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. I would love to come back to the area, spend more time and stay here, again.

House was very clean and everything is new and in great condition. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Towels, towels, and more towels. No need to worry about towels, they have it covered. Candy and coffee on the counter is a nice touch. Plenty of spices and condiments as well.We’ll be back soon!!

Cute place!

This was a top notch experience that made our night so much better! They have thought of everything from comfy blankets, extra toothbrushes (a couple of us forgot them), to shampoo/soap/conditioner and so many extra touches to make our stay just that much better!! Highly recommend this location and will keep it saved!

The porch was great, beds were comfy. We bought a sheet for the hideabed as we couldn't find any. We bought some large mugs and left them for you as well as birdseed and two used chairs for the front porch. Nice neighbors! Handy to "Andy's"!
